Kestrel's Principals

Wally cook is a Professional Engineer and Graduate of the University with a degree in Electrical Engineering (1978). He is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional, receiving the designation in 1995. He is a member in good standing with APEGGA, the Canadian Society for Safety Engineering (CSSE), the American Society for Safety Engineering (ASSE), and if a full member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).

Judy is also a Professional Engineer and graduate of the University of Alberta with a degree in Electrical Engineering (1977). Judy received her CRSP designation in 1998 and is a member of APEGGA, CSSE, ASSE and AIHA. Judy's experience includes the telecommunications industry, personal computer consulting, adult education and business administration and management.

Kestrel draws on the skills and expertise of a wide range of associates consultants. Some of these are full-time employees of the company, and some join us on a project basis.  All have recognized professional and technical designation(s), relevant experience, and strong interpersonal and communications skills.
